Custom 3D Silicone Character Sleeves & Cases

We mould one-piece silicone sleeves that are both a character and a functional case — a raised character relief on the outside, a precise cavity for your device on the inside, and an optional keyring hole so it doubles as a charm.

Process and material

Character and function in one mould

The outer skin carries the character relief; the inner cavity is cut to the device with ±0.2 mm tolerance. Both come from the same steel mould, so there is no assembly step and no seam to split.

Why the device sample matters

We need a physical device — or a 3D scan of one — before cutting steel. A 0.3 mm error in the cavity makes the sleeve either fall off or refuse to go on, and that error is very expensive to fix after the mould is cut.

Soft-touch without coating

The soft feel comes from hardness selection (Shore A 20–40) and a matte mould finish, not from a sprayed coating. Coatings wear off edges within weeks; mould texture does not.

Questions buyers ask about character sleeves

Can you make a sleeve for a device you have never made before?

Yes, but we need a physical sample or a 3D scan of the device before cutting the mould. Photos and dimension drawings are not enough for a ±0.2 mm cavity.

Will the character detail wear off?

The relief is moulded, not printed, so it cannot wear off. Colour is either moulded-in or pad-printed into recessed areas — the latter can scuff with heavy daily use, so we recommend moulded colour for high-wear surfaces.

Can it have a keyring hole as well?

Yes. A moulded loop or hole can be added without a second mould, as long as it sits on the parting line.

What is the difference between a character sleeve and a figure?

A sleeve is defined by the device cavity — it has to fit something. A figure stands on its own. Same material, same plant, different engineering.

How long does sampling take?

7–10 days once we have the device sample, because the cavity has to be test-fitted before we commit to production.
