Short version: we collect what you send us to answer your inquiry, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Inquiry data — name, email, company, country, the message you write, and any file you attach (drawing, photo, specification).
- Technical data — the pages you visited on this site, browser type, and approximate country, collected in aggregate. We use this to see which pages are useful and which are not.
- Nothing else. No account, no payment details, no advertising profile.
Why we collect it
- To answer your inquiry with a quote, a lead time, and any technical questions we need to resolve.
- To keep a record of what was quoted, in case you come back to the same project months later.
- To improve the site — which pages buyers actually read before they ask for a price.
Who sees it
Our sales team, and the technical staff who need the drawing to quote it. We do not sell, rent, or trade inquiry data. We do not run advertising networks on this site. Third parties who may process data on our behalf, and only for the stated purpose:
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which serves the pages and filters bot traffic.
- Our email provider, which delivers your message to us.
- Shipping carriers and testing labs, only when an order is actually placed and only the details they need.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records relating to an actual order are kept for as long as commercial and tax law requires. Files sent under NDA are kept only for the duration of the project unless you ask otherwise.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] and we will, within 30 days: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, this covers your rights under GDPR; if you are in California, under CCPA. There is no charge for this and we will not ask you why.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to run without cross-site identifiers. We do not show a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond what is strictly necessary to serve the page.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Inquiry data is transmitted encrypted and stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data, we will contact you directly rather than publish a notice and hope you read it.
